Please find below a list of health and safety-related factors that will unfortunately preclude us from carrying out the activity or service:

• Working from a height – no ladders or steps to be used (exception is going up and down the stairs)
• No use of harmful chemicals; we will use our own products
• No biohazard removal (human or animal waste or bodily fluids)
• Zero tolerance for bullying or threatening behaviour by any party
• No lifting of heavy items
• No working in areas where there is water leaking from any appliance and/or pipes
• No working outside
• No working in confined spaces (as defined by the HSA)
